I had my screen replaced by Cellairis in late April. Over the last few months my phone began having more and more ghost clicks (random typing, not being able to slide or click on certain areas, etc.). I went back expecting to fight tooth and nail for them to take responsibility and honor their one year warranty. Much to my surprise, they were very accommodating and swapped the faulty screen out at no cost in line with their warranty.
Even though I wouldn't have liked to visit twice, I was pleased that they honored the warranty and didn't send me through a bunch of hoops.
