I felt compelled to leave a review and share my experience at Findlay Volkswagen. I was traveling from so cal to lake mead when my air conditioner stopped working. I was traveling with my 18 month old and was desperate for help. I called Findlay (after looking up which dealership was closest) and talked to Jeff Young in the service department who really wanted to be able to service my car but was so busy and booked up with previously made appointments. When I explained that I had my toddler with me, he told me to bring it in the next morning and he would do his best. He had it diagnosed super quickly, set me up with a rental to use while they worked on it and kept me updated with every necessary detail along the way. I was so impressed and SO grateful that they were able to help despite being super busy. It seems like everyone at this dealership goes above and beyond the minimum requirements of their job! Thank you again Jeff Young and everyone else at Findlay VW!!
