The only gym I've ever been able to reach my goal weight at. The trainers are simply amazing and encouraging (coach Amie is my personal favorite). The staff is very friendly. Dave, the owner, is a wonderful person. This gym sets you up for success with meal plans, challenges, and 30min workout sessions that make it easy to fit into your busy schedule.
