I stayed at the extended stay on N. 69th St. For 4 weeks. The staff was very helpful. The room was big enough so that my two teens and myself didn't feel right on top of each other. The kitchen area was just what we needed to give us that home away from home feeling. The staff was a very diverse. I have a sleep disorder so I was always up. But , whether 8 am, 3 am, 12 pm, 4 pm, that staff was always friendly and very helpful. Now, Vince at the front desk......that guy is a super hero of the hotel. He could probably leap that very building in a single bound! I'm just saying that Vince should write a book on how to provide excellent customer service! I would stay there again if I ever needed a home away from home again.
