I visited Sassy Nail Bar on 4/11/18 with two of my girl friends. I've been into Sassys before but I have never gotten a service done. Yesterday I got a service done, a fill-in, and goodness was it terrible. I wish I would have gotten the womans name but unfortunately I didn't. So lets go to removing my current nail polish. The woman cut my cuticles so many times while removing the nail polish. She went on to say that it was because I was moving too much, which I wasn't. So whatever. After that, she told me that since my nails were long and because of the shape, it would be $10 more for my fill in...what? What does my shape and length have to do with anything? All your doing is filling them in. But ok. So the woman started painting my nails. While I was putting my hand in the thing you put your hands in to dry gel, I messed up the paint on my nail a little bit. When she saw that I messed it up a tad she let out a loud sigh and I told her that I was sorry and she started shaking her head like it was the biggest inconvenience ever. She went on to use a nail filer to remove what I messed up and she painted over the almost dry nail. It began to look lumpy as she kept painting over it and she said it was because it hasn't dried all the way yet. Ok. My friend who was getting her nails done as well was told by her nail artist that instead of coming 5pm on a Wednesday, we should've come in on a Friday or Saturday early on in the day. What a terrible experience I have had from this place. It also feels so cramped in there but that's beyond their control. I will never be back to this nail salon. Terrible customer service. (I can't believe I spend $45 on a fill-in).
