COX Communications arrived today and I get the YOUNG GUN! Immediately - he figures out I've got NEW CONTOUR equipment that is not compatible with the current equipment and connectivity with the street! Major upgrade in powered splitters and cabling and lo and behold the problem is solved! Guess I've still got it - that's the call I made the other day! He took pictures of the old and new to use at the next COX meeting to show them that COX stores are handing out equipment that does not work with current network! Well done - saved this customer from deserting the COX ship and finding an alternative supplier!
