We went early on a Wednesday, and it was pretty nice for about an hour. Then 2 different groups came in for what I'm assuming to be field trips and it got a little crowded. The facility itself was super clean, which is always a plus. Kikis Cafe has a few things to eat at a decent price. My kids are 6 and 9 years old, and one 11 month old, and they all had fun. I wish they had one on the West side.
