We made an appointment with Merit plumbing over a week ago to do a water shut off for our complex of 200 units. This is a monthly shut off and requires our chillers to be shut down along with hot water. People had plumbers waiting at 10:00 am and the owner Mike finally showed up over an hour late. He is a hot headed baby, and not only did he fail to show up on time, he did half of the complex then walked off the job.
I will be filing a complaint with the ROC and will go after any money the HOA gets stuck with as a result of this hot head baby.
I'm the board president of the Ciento HOA, and this is as tacky as it gets.
Update on Mikes response
I have emails confirming our request a week in advance. If you don't know your appointments then that is your problem with your employee's as he was our contact. You blew off you were an hour and a half late, while our tenants had plumbers waiting. You showed no one anything, and flew through it and it was supposed to be you training us. Hell as the owner you didn't even know how to do it, and had to Skype someone to walk you through the process. We should of been upset, and instead of being a man, you quit the job leaving us stranded. You asked us if we were home owners, and I said I was the president of the HOA. Then you said screw it and walked off the job. How unprofessional can you be??? What would you say if an employee did what you did?
You didn't even come to the west side as you left with your temper tantrum. Yes we will be coming after you for all the bills we will be stuck with because of your actions. We have paid all of our invoices to your company, and even paid you over $26,000.00 for a new boiler and plumbing. Read his review and if this is the way you want to be treated then use them. Mike is a jerk, and making excuses for his company screw up. Terrible you were late, showed no one anything and walked away with only half the shut off done, let alone the turn on. Anyone reading my review and your response will see that you are a jerk. Man up, and take responsibility. I would be glad to meet you anytime.
