I was hesitant to book my cab with them after reading some of these reviews, but I needed to book a cab with a company I knew takes credit cards so I could catch an early morning flight for work. I called a couple of days ago and the dispatcher booked my cab and said another dispatcher would call 30 minutes before my reserved time to confirm I still needed the cab. As promised, the dispatcher called 30 minutes before and said she'd send the driver out. He arrived 10 minutes EARLY and was nice enough to wait without his ticker on as I quickly grabbed the last of my bags. I unfortunately didn't catch his name but he was very nice, drove safely and loaded and unloaded my bags from his trunk. All in all, a pleasant experience. Being a local, I don't use cabs often but the next time I do need one, I'll be calling Desert Cab again.
