Our vehicle is from Carmax a Ford Edge that we thankfully got a warranty on in the terms we can go to get service at sun auto or carmax without a deductible , luckily we live within walking distance to Sun auto since we had some issues with our car ..
Everyone here was friendly and since our vehicle had to be serviced two different times I'm very impressed with the speed of the repairs and the friendliness of the staff.
We picked up our vehicle today in the pouring rain and we were helped with a huge smile by Seth... when we dropped off the vehicle Jonathan took time to explain what was going on and was able to have us bring the car in and get it all taken care of .
He also took time to come out and personally wish us best of luck on getting dried off and say goodbye to my mom.
Overall Sun made a miserable experience bearable and got our SUV up and running
