I moved to Las Vegas 5 months ago. I used a different real estate agent from a different firm when buying my home. I was not happy with original agent. I called Ken Lowman of Luxury homes of Las Vegas. I want to make it clear that I expected high expectations. I was selling a home over 3 million dollars. From signing my contact to list it till the end Ken and his team were truly amazing. Ken really cared about my family. I was told at the beginning that Ken would only be intimately involved if we got an offer. Both Brent and Robin actually showed our property. We had several showings and within 1 to 2 hours we would get a written explanation on how the showing went. They then would follow up the following day after calling the agent back to see if client had an interest. Well when we got the right offer Ken was right in the thick of it making sure the deal stayed together. He really was amazing. Ken's company was like a well oiled machine. They are a no non sense company. If you want a company who is not just looking at numbers but really cares about doing the right thing for your family then Luxury Homes of Las Vegas is the company to use. We were actually out of town and we needed to find a rental. I called Ken and within a few hours Ken had found us a great rental. Ken went and looked at the rental for us. We trusted Ken judgement one more time and agreed to the rental site unseen. Ken even personally put down a deposit of $2600 dollars for us till we got home to make sure we got the rental. Once again I'm a very hard guy to please who expects performance. I really can't think of one negative thing. Well maybe one, Ken said it might take 1 year to sell the home. He actually sold it and closed it within 4 weeks. Like I said Ken is the real deal.
