I love staying here as a timeshare exchange. Very convenient location. Many who rated this place expecting a hotel with hotel-like service posted disappointing reviews; however, I knew what to expect being a Marriott timeshare owner. My only complaint about this place is the showerhead. The water hits the glass shower enclosure, not the shower floor. I've stayed in two different rooms facing the Polo Towers and both rooms had tilting showerhead that couldn't be adjusted low enough for the water to hit the floor rather than the wall. It is frustrating to use the shower when the water sprays over our heads, not on us. I hope next time I stay here, I will be able to request a room in another wing. I also agree with some reviews that walls are thin. I can hear the people next door and doors closing from other rooms.
