This is my go to spot for a hearty Pho fix. I always order an extra large special pho with the menagerie of sliced meats. The both is fragrant and devine with no off flavors. Noodles are plentiful and filling. The only suggestion I would have is I wished the sliced eye of round was slightly thicker. The slices of beef here tend to be very thin to the point of shredding easy. Veggies are always fresh and plentiful also. The iced tea is also very good. The banh mi are a nice addition to a hot bowl of pho. After all...who doesn't like a good soup and sandwich? But I digress. The Banh Mi here is the perfect sized for sharing with an extra large bowl of pho. Meat is tender and flavorful, veggies crisp and fresh. I just wish the bread was a little heartier. Its not bad; however, its reminiscent of toasted wonder bread. I wish they used a true baguette. Though maybe I'm asking too much as I frequent this establishment often. Aside from these 2 small issues, I really can't fault them for anything else. There are quite a few pho spots around the area of 19th and Camelback but I feel like this one is the best!
