There are two ways to rate this restaurant, 1 from the regular dining room which consistently deserves 4-5 stars. And then there is the Chef's table (called Area 51) which could easily top 9 stars, but I am forced to stop at 5 stars because that's all they allow. So Razz is a magician when it comes to pairing his scrumptious sauces with his artistically crafted courses. The only negative thing I can write is that we were forced to succumb to ordering more. Some would say, say best in Valley... Keep going!
