I got a terrible haircut the last time I went there. All I wanted was a straight across cut for my long hair, with a bit of undercut to make it lie well. What I got was a blocky ugly layer in the back, a full inch above the longest hair. And when stylist attempted to 'fix' it, it looked even worse. I need to find a good stylist who can do a straight across cut!! I'll never go to this place again.
Additionally the stylist laughed at my bangs, which I cut myself to save money, about three times. That really was horrible because I'm a senior on a fixed income, and no one else, including my husband, has ever indicated that they looked bad.
