So, unfortunately our closing is delayed for the third time. It's always the appraisers fault. That parts over but we are waiting yet again on a third party in Michigan. We were supposed to close on the 13th, then the 16th , then today the 18th. We found out they are selling the loan and waiting on that . ( I had to call that third party in Michigan to find out what's going on !) Meanwhile, we are sleeping on a mattress on the floor, have no winter clothes, the family Thanksgiving will be spent at a hotel. We have to shut down the Pods, movers, appliance delivery for the 4th time tomorrow. (with NO date to close)
I can't say I would ever recommend this company- and my husband and I are both in the Business. I've never experienced such poor communication and unkept goals. They should have been more upfront with us. Some employees are nice, but their hands are tied so it does not help us. We were so loyal to THEM that we bypassed the builders lender and $2000 credit because we felt they had worked and deserved to be paid. Now we're getting the shaft. Beware, and get personal references in this industry.
