I don't recommend going through this rental property manager. They find every little thing to keep your deposit. We were really good tenants took care of the place other then normal wear and tear. Cleaned the property before we left had a carpet and tile company come in and clean and still she said she will have her own cleaners come in to do a final touch up, and write up all kinds of receipts. Not professional at all.
