Most un-ethical and dishonest property managment broker. All she cares about is money for herself. They are running a very bad dishonest business, first she appears nice to get you to sign the contract after that you start to find out what a conniving , dishonest and money hungry broker she is. They do not take care of anything as a property manager, they place unqualified tenants, lie to you about repairs and work and charge ton of money and don't even actually do any work. You are not provided any info about the tenants they place in your property and never gives you contact number for the tenants. They don't comply with the terms of the contract and don't care if the tenant they placed destroy your property. She is the worst property manager who does not even have decency to be available to answer homeowners questions when problems arise. They do not take of your property at all, they are lousy property mgmt and should be reported for their shady business practice.
