Jan Floyd is so amazing! She is a wonderful British nurse midwife and very much reminds me of Mary Poppins. She is always happy, and even burst in the doors of the waiting room for work one morning singing and saying good morning to everyone. She is sincerely caring and takes the time to talk to you. She never leaves without giving you a hug. :)
The only downside to that is she takes a while with each patient, so you typically have to wait a while in the room before she comes in. She's worth it though. I don't love every doctor or midwife there, but I've had an overall good experience with them through my pregnancy. I also saw them before I was pregnant for the GYN side. I've never had any billing errors or anything like that. I call often with questions, and they have nurses call you back typically within a few hours if its not urgent. They have a lot of doctors and midwives there. I prefer the midwives. Nice office.
