This company and product line is a FRAUD and a SCAM. Run, don't walk, away!!! I have not written a negative review before but this is way too much to walk away from. They lie about the products (insisting it is organic - they are not), lie about the usage (saying to use it once a week instead of the 2x a day requirement), they HARD sell (with misleading and high pressure tactics, yet still not answering the questions -our salesman was Luciano in the Venetian Hotel) and never tell you that the products are not returnable, even when completely unopened and still in the cellophane and original bag within 24 hrs. I am a SVP at a very large, national bank and I usually don't get BS'd like I did here, but I have been completely taken on my $400. Completely scammed. I reached out to Customer Service (Debbie), and despite a very calm & rational dialogue on both sides, yielded nothing. Even my promised return-phone call never happened. A trip back to the store the next morning, speaking again with Luciano, was also worthless. I will continue to pursue this with various authorities but please know that this is an unethical, fraudulent operation actively set up to pressure and defraud its clients.
