I love Rubios in general, but this one is subpar. I always order without white sauce and 9/10 they put it on my order and have to send it back. Often it's clear they just replaced the tortilla but left the fish covered with the sauce. It also seems to take forever for food to come out (and be remade) even when there are only 1-2 people at the restaurant. Overall, I'd recommend choosing a different location if you can, or skipping this one.
