Customer service could definitely improve. I wasn't happy with my shake because, like others have said in the reviews, it was bland. When I went back to ask for a remake the employee was rude/offended and blamed my choice of using almond milk. I then had to explain that I order the same shake always with almond milk and it never taste like it has no protein with blended ice mixed with flavored water. I'm not sure how it's offensive when a paying customer asks for a remake but maybe it's just because I interrupted the movie they were watching on their iPad.
