Their insurance is a joke. There is only two things to insure for: floods and theft. After monsoon season the majority of my books and clothes were ruined. Got the insurance through them. When my unit flooded because their pavement is angled the wrong direction i got a that sucks call these people and after busting my ass to do everything they asked of me for the claim. They deny it.
