Best Customer Service I have ever experienced! Seriously, no exaggeration. I unfortunately got a flat tire, I am new to Vegas, and wasn't sure where to go. I searched tire repair and Firestone came up. It was 6:50 PM and they closed at 7:00 PM, I called and the man who answered told me they would stay open for me, and told me how to safely get there without doing any extra damage to the tire or rim. Someone immediately came out and greeted me when I pulled up, he quickly inspected my tire, and led me inside. The store is VERY clean. The technicians quickly worked on my car, and they explained what they would be doing before they began. They never tried to sell me on anything that I didn't need, and I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me-which is a big deal, because a lot of men in the auto industry try to take advantage of women by getting them to pay for things they may not need. Christian was very friendly and helpful and so was the guy who repaired my tire. I would definitely come back here, and would confidently give someone a recommendation to get their tire serviced here based on my experience.
