I'm happy with my service, and I was impressed that it was faster than I expected. Didn't take a full hour. Reception was friendly and answered my questions over email which was helpful.
I booked a blow dry online, they seemed to have a lot of time slots even though i did it a few days before on a saturday morning. Their standard $45 + 10 min head massage = $55.
Although the head massage was good, there was no way it was 10 mins. 3-5 min at most. Yes, I'm being a bit nit picky, but I paid and extra $10 for what? something the most hair salons do for free? I was a bit disappointed at the shortened time.
The actual blow dry was nice, although they have a standard menu, she asked what I wanted, and I was able to give feedback and she was willing to fix it. But I was in an out of there within 45 mins.
I'd go back again, but a little pricey, and only if my usual salon was busy.
