I've been a member here for a few months now and absolutely LOVE it! While it does fall under the 'membership' massage clinics (others not to be named but you know what i'm talking about), Elements is a major step above the rest! Not to mention, you can cancel your membership at any time without penalty. They're also not pushy at all when asking if you'd like to join but it does make A LOT of sense if you typically get one massage (minimally) a month anyway. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with smiles, asked if you want water, there is chocolate on the table, salt lamps on, and it is just so inviting and cozy. The therapists are MUCH higher quality as well. I LOVE deep tissue and Marc was the perfect therapist for that. I've now gone back to him multiple times to see him specifically and feel great every time that I leave. Unfortunately he cut his hours back so he is hard to get into now but that is ok, I just have to plan ahead! :) I've called in last minute before, therefore, Marc wasn't available and I still got a great therapist, which goes to show that you can expect high quality therapists here. I'll see you guys in the new year!
