Moonbean is one of my more frequently visited cafes. My favourite coffee shop at university got their beans from Moonbean so titles such as "Midnight Darkness" and "Forest Whisperer" were commonplace to me even before I ever stepped in to Moonbean. Despite my familiarity with their coffee beans, they still have a large menu both for drinks and snacks, and can easily be intimidating especially if there is a line up forming behind you. Like most of the more popular coffee spots, when this place gets busy in the morning it's not a pleasant spot to be in then. But most of visits here have been very pleasent, very friendly staff and quick service if you order food. I used to have an aversion to their large glass mugs they serve latte and other drinks in but have slowly grown accustomed to them. They have a good number of seats available including a back area and a back patio. To sum up, this is one of the best places for coffee at Kensington and a joy for a coffee drinker to see that they actually offer more than just a couple of different flavours of drip.
