Javier's is a Mexican restaurant located inside Aria Hotel. This is a cool place to go if you're in the mood to dress up. My friends and I like to start our weekend off by coming in here on Friday night. The restaurant is beautiful, the menu is great and the drinks are good.
The ambiance is dark with metal and wood carvings and ropes. They play cool music and the food is delicious. They have traditional Mexican Fare. The service is fast and efficient.
If you are a fried ice cream fan, theirs is delicious. A unique twist is the addition of salted peanuts to the crispy outer coating which lends a nutty savory bite against the cold creamy ice cream. It is served in a fried tortilla shell coated in cinnamon and sugar and able to be enjoyed with each bite.
