I was extremely hesitant to purchase anything from Mobilia after reading the not so great reviews but I have to say I am very impressed and pleased with the process and purchase of my new bed. We ordered it on a Saturday and paid for the delivery and setup service. The sales person told us we would receive a phone call from the delivery company on Monday, we did. We scheduled our delivery for Saturday. They told us they would call us back on Thursday to confirm a time, they did. The time frame was from 11:30-2:30, the bed was delivered at 12. Everything went as smooth as it possibly could. We have purchased many large furniture items from other big box stores and have had more problems with them.
