I have not used their services yet but this review is based solely on my encounter with Michael today when visiting his business. We have a big job to do in the 5500 sq foot home we are completely renovating. When I called for inquiry, the sweet female associate advised me to swing by and talk to Michael myself about the big project. Long story short, I'm glad she convinced me to come in because Michael is very knowledgeable at what he does. He was very honest about his recommendations for the right materials that would suit us and I appreciated the fact that he didn't seem biased or pushy when I expressed our needs. He was able to schedule a time next week to see our home to take measurements and be able to give us the appropriate bid.
We have done many renovations big and small and are very loyal to our general contractor. Since he is no longer working on residential properties, we are seeking a replacement.
5 stars so far for this first impression! Hoping we can make this work with Vegas Flooring Direct as our initial encounter was very pleasant.
