Am new to AZ looking for a family practitioner & was refered here. First apt was with PA; very attentive, personable, showed interest & seemed right on to getting what I needed ie referral, labs, etc. Felt good & stress was temp. @ ease. On portal none of my information was uploaded correctly, labs & things were to be forwarded to refered Dr. I sent messages through portal to verify/ remind that things be forwarded to refered Dr. before apt. Labs, etc were not forwarded & apt for situation was a waist because these items needed to be there before care could be decided. I had apt set, weeks later, with actual Dr. whom seemed very rushed, unattentive, and acted as if she really didn't care. Billing is rediculous & very frustrating. Spelling of name keeps mysteriously changing when submitting to insurance so denying & for two months have been calling, having corrected & resubmitted to insurance. I have changed to different family practice; one that is very organized & follows through with what they say they will do. Much happier! Would NOT suggest this Dr. Unless unorganized stress is what you like!
