They did a great job detailing my car and spent over 90 mins scrubbing out a stain. The only issue I have with this place is the sales process. While I understand that upselling may be a good fit for some people who need additional work done to their vehicles, the aggressive approach they take is a serious turn off. The salespeople at the drop-off act like used car salesmen, insinuating that they're willing to give you- and only you- an unbelievable deal if you agree to upsell. After turning down several sales advances, they still would not stop. I don't think I will go back even though my car does look great, mainly because I don't have the energy to argue with their tactics.
