Well this is my first time at the park theater.and so far so bad. Stay away from this venue if you have mobility issues. No one outside the doors appear to know there own procedures and protocals. Im hoping once they figure out there wristband line up system it will get better. In a city competing for entertainment dollars this does not bode well for them. Hoping that once inside that the treatment will improve, lots of angry customers in this line tonight. Inside staff and procedures going much better.The inside ushers and security were very helpful, kept everything professional, pleasant and well run. The actual venue is beautiful, and the seating is well thought out and there does not seam to be a bad seat in the house. Yes its great to see a show here once your inside, however the problems outside the venue, lining up through the casino need to be reviewed and repaired. In addition, the management really needs to do a better job for the General Admission ADA section. I have raised my review to reflect the overall experience.
