Truely the worst car experience I've had. This review is posted after several interactions with them. My car was involved in a hit and run hours before I was supposed to leave for a vacation. I dropped off the car trusting the dealership and collision centre to read my form, I also talked to the receptionist and told her Im leaving so please email me. Naturally the receptionist of which they have several didn't relay the message. Took much longer than they said (which is fine) but the worst part was when I got my car back I had no gas in it, I had 25 kilometers LEFT and they didn't do an oil change which I indicated on the form and told them about. I got into my car and within 3 minutes the indicator beeped for an oil change. They had my car for over 3 weeks, what were they doing? I called and told them and they said " Yes we took it on a test drive and thats why you have no gas in it." But during their test drive the oil change light would have come on and they chose to completely ignore it. I couldn't BELIEVE they left no gas in my car and didn't perform the oil change. EVEN WORSE because I had mechanical and structural issues, my car was shuffled back and forth between Budds Collision and Budds BMW and they both started to blame eachother for the problem. The BMW dealership which did a test drive before they gave my car back said it was the Collision places fault I had no gas and I didn't have an oil change. Collision blamed the dealership. Overall I blame the dealership as they did the final test drives and thats where the oil change gets done anyway. I wasted more time to have my oil change done it was ridiculous. I couldn't believe that they started to blame each other, overall the Collision guy was nice about it but still the competition within the same brand was disheartening. Do yourself a favour a buy another car, I did. After all the frustrating appointments I've had at BMW dealerships I got another premium car and haven't had NEARLY the same issues.
