This is my 1st non food review but am excited to write it...
We called A1 about 3 months ago to come give us an estimate on replacing our motor and helping us join the rest of the world by having remotes to open our garage...we had a dinosaur motor from the 70s. Seth came out and really was thorough in his description of what needed to be done, what he recommended, and how much it was gonna be. After doing some research, we weren't gonna beat that price for all they were gonna do.
Fast forward to today. I called to set up a time for install and unlike most service companies, they had a spot today...same day service is unheard of anymore. So I booked them to come out from 1-4pm. 3:30 rolls by and no sign of them, so I decide to call to find out if they were still coming and low and behold, they had nothing in their system. Now at this point you are probably thinking why I gave them 5 stars?
Well the girl told me she would see what she could do and call me back. In 5 minutes, she called me back with good news that they had a guy who could come out and still do it today. So Jesse, Seth's brother came through in the clutch. Came out, did a phenomenal job with everything, no surprises or upcharges. He was extremely personable and polite, and I couldn't be happier.
The new motor is quiet, comes with all the remotes and keypads we needed and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Well done to the Brothers who closed the deal and did the install!
