If service, style and experience alone were enough for a good rating this would be five stars, but I'm being a bit harsher because the ice cream itself really is three star quality. It is cold stone without the creamy decadence that should describe a $7 cup of anything. The flavors are very basic for the base chocolate or vanilla and it is especially cold, I assume, for it to be rollable, so if you like your ice cream to melt in your mouth like I do, you'll likely be disappointed. If you are stuck in a long line it also isn't worth while, the best part is watching ice cream be prepared (which I must say is done with great care and attention to detail), so sneak a peak and then keep it moving to something cheaper if you want to just experience the fad and save a few bucks. But if you're in it for the variety, the very friendly staff and a dessert prepared in a really cool way, just for you, then by all means invest...just don't have heightened expectations for the taste
