Brought my son here because he had been having a fever for the last 2 days and decided to come here since it's very close to my house and wanted to avoid the long wait time in the ER. The front staff was extremely nice and patient . I was waiting for about an hour an 15 min before getting called back which was ok I thought it would be less since there was only about 5 of us in the waiting room . When I was taken to the room the MA was very nice and gently with my son but the doctor was a different story !!!!!!!!!!! He (I can't remember the name because it's very long but it started with a E) walked into the room never introduced himself or made eye contact with me at any point he just walked in and told my son to sit on the table checked him out for about two min told me had sinus infection and walked out of the room . The doctor never asked if I had any questions never asked for any of his symptoms or anything . I would never go back just because of that . I'm not saying he has to spend an hour with me but a lil acknowledgement would be nice.
