THE WORST! Not only are they crooks with all their fees and interest rates but I've had my account hacked a dozen times. My address has been changed even though I've been at the same residence since I've opened the card over 2 years ago. My phone number was changed and strange charges started showing up on my account. In addition the person who had taken over my account continually added an authorized user, costing me $19 every time it happened which was at least 6 times. No matter how many times I told customer service that I didn't know this person and was single with no authorized user they still kept doing it. I finally cancelled my card but they have yet to do it. Talking to CS is liking talking to a brick wall. They refused to listen to me, I tried to tell them that this had been going on since May 2014 but they didn't want to here it. When I finally got them to cancel the card all they could talk about was all the fees I still owed. What a horrible company.
