If I could give this business zero stars I would. I called first thing in the morning and the receptionist took down my information. I was told someone would call me back to arrange a visit to my home to fix my refrigerator. After not hearing from them in 4 hours I sent an e-mail from their web site asking when I would be contacted. After several more hours of not being contacted I sent an e-mail out to another company. They called back within 5 minutes and sent somebody out that day to fix my refrigerator. I will never recommend Affordable Appliance and Vent Cleaning since it's been over a week and they never contacted me.
