Had to call Kufner Towing when a locked emergency brake left me and my boyfriend stranded at work 18 miles from home. The person who called took our name, number, vehicle, and location information and informed us someone would be on their way. With rush hour traffic and it being a heavy time of day, we gave Kufner the benefit of the doubt when no one came. Two hours later, when we were still stranded at work, we called again and were informed that our information was no where in the system. They sent someone out to us urgently and they came 20 minutes later. The man who came to pick us up gave no apology, and had no personality at all when we tried to make light conversation on our way to our destination. While I understand mistakes happen, a discount on services or AT LEAST an apology goes a long way to make a customer feel better about being FORGOTTEN and stranded. If it weren't for the urgent service after the second call, I would have only given one star.
