I bought a brand new Pathfinder there this past March from an awesome salesman, Daniel Maimram. He gave us the best deal, took his time with us, and we would definitely buy another Nissan from AutoNation. Today, I took it for its first 5k service. Their service Dept was rude, and they made me feel like it was a bother that I was there. There were a total of four people there, 2 were with customers, there were 2 that weren't. The 2 that weren't didn't acknowledge me, nor did they offer to help when I got their attention. Omar Pore did finally help me after he was done with his customer, which was roughly 15 minutes after I walked into the office. Omar did take care of me, and recommended to make an appointment. I did call earlier this week and talked to Ward Thompson who told me that for an oil change, there was no need for an appointment...to just bring it in. For this being my first time using their Service Dept, they made me feel like I was bothering them to bring my car in. I'd rather go to a Jiffy Lube or anywhere else. We paid for 3 years of service, so I stuck with them. Also, FYI check to see if you can go to any Nissan dealership for the service before you buy it. I was told that I could go to any Nissan dealership, which was false. I can only go to any AutoNation. Except for the one in Henderson, the rest of them are on Sahara. I hope the rest of them have better customer service in their service dept.
