I went to radiant skin approximately three weeks ago and saw Effie. I would not even give her one star if I didn't have to. I went in for eyelash extensions and they all started falling out. She had globs of glue and clusters and I was told by another expert to have them removed as soon as possible to prevent damage to my real eyelashes. People were asking me what was wrong with my eyelashes when I would have areas that had nothing and areas that did. She also asked me to buy a tube of GrandeLASH MD to keep my real eyelashes strong. Needless to say because I did not take the time to become knowledgeable I spent $322.26 plus $30 in tips for services and was only refunded $40. She does not stand behind her work if you were to return something to a store that you did not like you would get a full refund. So if I can stop one person from going to her with this post it would be well worth it. Do your homework get knowledgeable and hopefully you will not have your first experience like I had good luck!
