Worst experience I've ever had with a flower company. I will never use this service again as i ordered flowers this morning at 7 am. Ordered the best arrangement paying additional then paying an express fee to grantee it was delivered to my grandmother today on her birthday! The tracking was never updated come to it was never delivered so i contacted support which refunded me the express shipping fee. I again contacted support throughout the day in regards to where the delivery was at. I continued to be told they left hours ago and it should be soon here i am at 5pm and my grandmother will no longer be home to receive the flowers. So i had to again contact support and cancel the order. This was supossed to be a wonderful surprise but instead disappointment , time consuming and wasted money. I highly DON'T recommend.
