Nice service at this Second Cup but customers seem to be the high maintenance variety - on repeat visits I've been lined up behind true Doug and Wendy Whiners who seem to complain about everything. (even when there's nothing to complain about!) This location can get super busy and while the staff are of the rare kind that can remember your order from the last visit, there's not much time for friendly banter because they're rushed and obviously under-staffed. A nice feature at this location is a drive-thru.
