Had my wife's minivan completely detailed recently and this included getting the carpets and mats shampooed. When I got home the mats were in the back totally sopping wet! I had to string a rope and hang them to drain all of the excess water and then use my Shop-Vac to suck the excessive water out of them as best I could. After removing the mats from the rear of the van there was two inches of standing water left behind. Our minivan has a rubber "tub" style mat that is curved on the edges for issues such as this. Thank God as it retained all the excess water. It was like they literally lifted them out of a tub of water and threw them directly into the back of the van! I will not be back as my friends say this is happened to them as well. Cobblestone Car Wash, corner of Litchfield Road and Indian School in Goodyear, does a much better job although with new ownership their prices have gone up. But never again will I go to this Superstar star location!
