I leased a car from Collection Buick GMC in December, 2012. The only thing that went well was they were able to find the car that I wanted. Unfortunately, that's where it stopped. The sales person told me it would be there on this day, but neglected to tell me it would be there the next. Had he done so, it wouldn't have been a big deal, but I cut work early to pick up the car, just to leave because it wasn't there, meaning I had to cut work early again the next day to pick up the car. It took nearly 2 months to get my permanent plates. I had to go to the dealership again to pick up a new temporary tag because the first one expired. They finally sent them to me, and, due to their timliness, paid for my plates. Thanks!
The CEL came on after 4,000 miles. I took the car in for service, which took forever because they are understaffed. In other GM/Chevrolet dealerships I have been to, there have been service people who immediately take care of you, as there are 4-5 people in their service station waiting to provide their assistance. I didn't get this experience here at Collecting Buick GMC. I finally got out of there after countless interruptions. I was expecting a 10 minute ordeal (I called ahead because I didn't want to be there long) But I was there for 30 minutes.
Here's the kicker. THAT SAME DAY I got my car back, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON. So, on a day which I had planned to hang out with friends all day, I ended up having to drive to the dealership again and drop off my car to get serviced.
I recommend going to some other Buick or GMC dealership, and General Motors should be embarrassed about this dealership.
