First and last time here. Service department (mainly Jose), is terrible. Total lack of consideration and follow through. Open ended statements, insinuating clients are likely at fault for any problem that may arise, or has come up already. Jose was accusatory and indifferent. First bad experience at a Kia dealer ever. Trying Henderson Kia next time.
