After years of going there and being our go to movie theater...now with the new reserved seating it is very disappointing. Have tried going to see a movie there 3 times now, matinee and evenings and have been unable to get two seats together even though there are seats available. In the old model, people would not mind moving over a seat to make room, now you don't even want to take the chance. Will avoid this theater from now on and it is 5 minutes from our home. It is now over priced comparted to other theaters. The reserved seating strategy has made this a very bad experience.
