the wait was long. 20 mins after paid is not exceptable. feel a bit intimidating waiting at the back of the space the entire time. (would be less if the drinks were made faster.)
when my drinks were ready, one of the cups was dirty. ask the staff to clean it off, and he points to the paper napkins. so..... ok......
after cleaning the cup, theres no trash can to be found.
er...
instead of leaving on the counter, I had to bring the trash to the front.
wait, I'm the paying customer, right?
p.s. the way they fill the cups, using the bare hands, transfer to the sealing machine, AND dripping all over it. makes me to raise the sanitation concerns. especially it's pretty hot lately.
will I return?
probably not, even though the bubble tea option is limited. I wouldn't want to pay premium for the subpar quality and the drinks are just too sweet. (even at 50% sweetness)
