I stored my things in a 5x10 unit here for nearly 10 years and, for the duration of that time, I couldn't have asked for better customer service. When I (finally!) made plans to return to the unit from out of state, I struggled with the idea of removing my belongings without access to a car or a moving service that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. After calling them for recommendations, Storage West went out of their way to help me research ideas.
When I returned to the unit, I sorted through all of my boxes and found ONE dead beetle in one of my boxes. No weird spiders, or mice, or cockroaches. The space is impressively immaculate and so well maintained. I can't recommend Storage West @ Sunset and their professionalism highly enough.
